WellHere Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the WellHere app and website. By using WellHere, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

WellHere is run by Rymeio Marketing OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 14378529), at Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, 15551, Estonia ("we", "us").

1. What WellHere does

WellHere suggests places and short plans in Bangkok, such as spas, saunas, classes, parks and cafés, based on what you need and how much time you have.

We don't run these places, take bookings or handle payments. Any booking or purchase is between you and the venue, on the venue's terms.

2. Information may change

We check places before adding them, but opening hours, prices, classes and other details can change without notice. Prices are shown as approximate ("about ฿650"). Please confirm with the venue before you go, especially for classes and bookings.

If you notice something wrong, tell us at feedback@wellhere.app.

3. Your health and safety

WellHere gives general suggestions, not medical advice. Some activities, such as saunas, hot baths, ice baths, massage and exercise, aren't suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, an injury, or any other health concern, check with a doctor first. Follow the venue's safety rules and stop if something doesn't feel right.

You choose whether to visit a place and take part in an activity.

4. Using the app

• You must be 18 or over.
• Use WellHere only for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Don't copy, scrape or resell the app's content, try to break or overload the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend access if someone breaks these rules.

5. Test versions

Versions shared through TestFlight or other test programmes are unfinished. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and data in test versions may be reset. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve WellHere without owing you anything.

6. Google Maps content

WellHere shows photos and other content from Google Maps. Each Google photo shows its author's name and a link to Google Maps.

By using WellHere, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Our content

The WellHere name, logo, design, text and selection of places belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only inside the app as intended. Photos belong to their owners and are shown with their credit.

8. Other websites and apps

WellHere links to venues' websites, LINE accounts, phone numbers and Google Maps. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.

9. Changes to the service

WellHere is currently free. We may change, pause or stop any part of it. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll explain the price and terms clearly before you pay anything.

10. Our responsibility to you

We provide WellHere "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be correct, uninterrupted or error-free.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for:

• losses caused by a venue, its services or its staff
• incorrect or outdated information from venues or third parties
• indirect losses, such as lost time or plans

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

11. Ending

You can stop using WellHere at any time and delete your data in You → Privacy and your data → Delete my data. We may end your access if you break these terms.

12. Apple

If you got WellHere from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard App Store terms also apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
